By accessing or using Booksimpl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Booksimpl provides an online booking platform for small businesses. The Service includes a public booking page, appointment management, customer management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

The Free plan includes the first 10 bookings. Pro and Premium use regional pricing. The exact amount, billing interval, and currency are shown before checkout. Promotional access may be offered through a private invitation, which shows the claim deadline and offer length before activation. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Paid features remain available through the paid billing period shown in Stripe. After the subscription ends, the account returns to the limits of the free plan unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Booksimpl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
